Description
The gfortran compiler is a freeware opensource compiler. It is used as part of the FST program but can also be used
stand-alone to compile fortran programs. For example the ORYZA2000 model and the pheno_opt_rice phenology
calibration program.
The zipfile tells you where to download the latest fortran compilers, how to change the necessary settings in your
computer, and how to compile programs, either from the DOS prompt or with a batch files. It contains some example
fortran programs and batch files.
