LINTUL-5 is a simple crop growth model to simulate crop growth of many different crops under potential, water limited, N limited and NPK limited crop growth conditions
Crop production under potential, water limited, N limited and NPK limited conditions; leaf area index; yield; water use by crop transpiration and soil evaporation, soil water balance, simple soil N, P and K balances; crop's N, P and K uptake
For only running the model and only changing the input files, this can be done without FORTRAN by the command LINTUL5.exe
For changing and running the LINTUL5 programme, a FORTRAN compiler is required

The comparable LINTUL4 model is currently applied in the AgMIP model comparison for wheat models under climatic change. Results are not yet available
